Because everything is made to order and is handmade, there is no return policy. All sales are final.

How long will it take to receive my order?
After I have receive payment I will start on your order. Please allow a week to two weeks for me to finish your order, as I also have a job to go to.
Once shipped (Shipping day is every other
Friday and Saturday, sometimes Monday-Depending on how busy I am with orders), most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 14 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
Also, I only ship to confirmed addresses, so please make sure to confirm your's in your paypal account. Otherwise, shipping will be delayed.

Do you ship with tracking?
Yes, all items are shipped with tracking number. The tracking number can be traced using the USPS website. \
Tracking is currently not offered for International orders at this time, sorry.

I haven't received my package, do I get a refund?
Unfortunately I do not offer refunds for any lost packages. Domestic(US) orders are usually sent out with a tracking number. So, Please give me your correct address and double check before you submit your order. If you live outside the USA and require tracking, please contact me beforehand!
I am not liable for lost packages, I apologize!
I have no control over shipping. But you can always file a report through USPS, which is what I use to send out packages.
